Excellent bedside manner, always explains everything thoroughly and allows for you to ask questions. Been going to the office for close to ten years.
i have been going to Dr. Musick office for years. Service is top notch. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. Facility is fabulous!
Seen the doctor in early December and was unable to get prescription filled because it was not covered called back to find a replacement and have yet to hear to hear back from the office
Took awhile to get an appointment as a new patient but I was happy with the service. Very customer centric and knowledgeable.
Dr. Musick and his staff are very positive and caring. The only problem is getting an appointment in a timely manner for new patients. However, this is very understandable because he takes his time with new patients and there are many on the list. Dr. Musick is well worth the wait. I have been to other dermatologists and the professionalism of the entire staff is unparalleled.
Dr. Musick was obviously very rushed. I felt uncomfortable asking questions because he was heading for the door while I was still talking. I was completely dissatisfied with the level of care. I have not been billed yet, but I'm guessing I will be charged $150-$200; his level of attentiveness and care was equitable to if I had paid $20. I also asked for his recommendation on affordable anti-wrinkle creams, and I was told "we onky recommend our own line of creams. And they're $85-$150." Completely unacceptable!
