Had an amazing ear test appointment with Doctor Marshall. He was very friendly and helpful with my questions. Also gave me a book he wrote on hearing loss prevention. Highly recommended.
Dr. Macmillan and Dr. Chong have made an immeasurable difference in my professional and personal life. Treating a very difficult injury both physically and psychologically. We Artists are incredibly fortunate this clinic exists!
Marshall did my hearing test and Anthony guided me through the process of getting a hearing aid (at their Coxwell location). Both are such friendly people, and I felt genuinely cared for throughout the entire process. Anthony was especially patient with all of my questions, and I never felt pressured to buy anything; in fact, he encouraged me to take the time I needed to think it over first. Marshall is professional and makes great musicians' ear plugs. The only downside is that reception is difficult to reach.
My experience is the complete opposite of the negative comment below. Dr. Marshall Chasin was extremely friendly, accommodating, and professional.
