They did a great job with my sound system I walked in frustrated about losing a music competition they told me from the moment I got there they got me they even stayed past work hours to finish my car because I bought so much installation was long but they did it anyway I left with my ears thumping and stinging it was so loud 2 days later I been at the car meets no one can hear anything but my music ! Great people great staff! Owner himself stayed to finish the job I recommended this place for anyone looking for music!!
Make an appointment for 9am. Someone got there at 8:55am but never came out of his ride, at 9:07 doors still close and nobody around for appointments. On the door is show business hours starts a 8:30 on weekdays, this happens on a Wednesday. If they are not responsible for an appointment and dont think the will be to complete works......
Tuned my amp wrong and blew the sub. They ordered a new one and I waited a week just for them to not get the right one. I was then asked to leave the store they would no longer help me. Take your car to smart audio in Lawrence. They actually corrected this shops mistakes and did it quick and efficiently. Avoid here at all costs.
