I have never been so aggravated with a hotel in my entire life!!!!!!!! The absolute WORST service & they did absolutely nothing to take care of our group or take responsibility for ANYTHING that our group experienced due to their excessive & continued negligence! We had our Family Reunion with 14 rooms and have used this hotel at least a dozen times since the late 90’s! We will NEVER go back and beg everyone to not go either. Today the fire alarms have went off three times now!!! The kids are scared to death and do not want to go back in this hotel and sleep at all. They have ruined fathers day for my entire family! The first fire alarm goes off because there was a fire in the laundry room. Then again the fire alarm goes off from work told it’s because the reconnecting the sprinklers and I’m told by a manager name April that she promises it’s the end of the fire alarms in that they won’t be going ...Continue Reading
Fire alarm has been going off intermittently since 11:30 PM when they brilliantly decided to test every fire alarm in the building because of a fire scare earlier today. It's now 1:30 am and the fire alarm is still going off and every child in the building is scared to death and crying because of surprise fire alarms every 15 minutes. Are the owners or managers here to actually be able to help? Nope! Sound asleep at home in bed! Just an awful experience for every guest here and at this point, I am never coming back.

RecommendedWe stayed there for four days Easter weekend. We will definitely go back. The staff was friendly, lobby and deck area and coffee area were great. The room and bathroom were very spacious, some small stuff in the rooms and halls need updating but it is a smaller , lower priced hotel and not stuff that was a big enough deal to bother us. Was clean and were comfortable.
