RecommendedI just wanted to thank the Front Desk Staff and Management for being so kind and so understanding when my family and I recently had to cut our 5 night stay down to 2 nights due to my Mother in Law's passing. Everyone was so kind and refunded our 3 nights right away with many kind expressions of condolences to our family! It was very much appreciated at such a sad time for us and we will ALWAYS return to Music Road when we are in Pigeon Forge!
Pics make the place look like a huge water park. It's not. Beds were extremely uncomfortable and pillows were flat. I should of saved money and went somewhere else. oh, and only one elevator and the place is crowded. 15 minute wait just to use it. Definitely not going to be a returning customer. Way too much money wasted.

Recommendedwe have always stayed at The Music Road Hotel. We have almost had 3 Granddaughters with us. They have been nothing but helpful and nice.
RecommendedHad a nice stay Memorial Day Weekend. We are booked here again July 4th weekend and end of July. It’s a nice hotel. My son loved the water park. Breakfast was good and well run. Convenient to everything.
Had to book a year in advance. Booked 5 rooms for reunion! Just days before our trip my mother was hospitalized very ill! 30 minutes too late to cancel! Paid for 5 rooms only used 3 ... wanted kids to still have fun! They had multiple problems from dirty room, even made my son change rooms because of their mistake! They said I didn’t catch typo!
