Reserved room on Friday and got a confirmation for it. Room was cancelled on Saturday by them along with another confirmation email at the same time. Showed up for room and didn’t have one but they had all the paperwork ready.

RecommendedGreat Hotel...my Family had a Blast here! Our rooms were huge and the hotel was very clean, while the staff was always helpful.. Definitely make this our "go to" place in Pigeon Forge... ☆ Outside pool is open till 11pm, while the inside pool and hot tub never closes...

RecommendedWe had a huge 27 family member reunion. Music road worked diligently to be sure everything was to our satisfaction for family members whose stays were 5-7 days in length. Extremely courteous and helpful staff. The views on the river were stunning. Fun pools for down times from activities, large patio area overlooking the river for hanging out with family in the evenings, Complimentary breakfast was a bonus and rooms were spacious. Highly recommend.
