I have the Mongolian Alto wind chimes and I am in love with the sound. This product is extremely well made. I am looking at getting a second set that pairs well with the one I have now.

The construction is extraordinary, the sound—the musicality—matchless. These were created by a talented musician, and a mensh. (Caveat: If you have these, your friends may drop by a bit more often for the sensuous experience of a live acoustic performance. If that would be a burden, buy them just as gifts.) Everyone who knows me knows this: I am nothing if not a critic. I live to pick things apart. I've had 29 years to find fault with these. I'll let you know when I do.

The removable sail is a wonderful feature. I live in an apartment complex and if it's a windy night, I can respect my neighbors by silencing the chimes. Thank y... read more
