Wow! Not sure which practice these people are talking about with the negative reviews. I have a comment for pretty much each one of them. I have never officially met Dr. M but while waiting for an appointment I have seen him breeze through. I was assigned to Rosabella Pong and just love her. Rosabella is very approachable, knowledgeable and has a great personality, which in this field is crucial! She takes her time with you and understands you. I’m extremely disappointed with the way my prescription issue was handled by the front office today. I had been without my lithium for three days and was repeatedly trying to resolve what should have been a straightforward prescription issue. I initially called after Walgreens told me my lithium prescription had been rejected. The receptionist, Sandy, told me their system showed it had been sent and questioned whether I had actually spoken with Walgreens or was only looking at the app. I explained that I had done both. I’m shocked at the low reviews. I have been going to this practice for at least 15 years. I feel the need to write my review. I did meet Dr. Musgrove only once or twice and have been assigned to Julie, an NP. I absolutely love her and she has been helpful and listens to me about concerns of medications if I have them. The staff has been pretty good too. Currently, Lisa and I didn’t catch the other one I spoke to but they are professional, friendly, helpful and patient. That is just over the phone.
