Very kind. Explained the procedure. Answered any and all questions. Extremely skilled surgeon. Only one of three surgeons in Ohio that have the skill set to repair arthroscopicly instead of open surgery.

Crystal Clinic is an excellent organization. They are top-notch inpatient care, the doctors are wonderful and the nurses medical assistance physician assistance. I can’t say enough about even the folks That work the front desk are great.
The receptionist, nurse, radiologist, staff and Dr. were all very pleasant to deal with. The appointment stayed “on time” throughout the process. Scheduling was quick and efficient for additional needed appointments and follow up was timely. Everyone was professional and helpful! GREAT STAFF at this Medina location!
