I just returned a call from someone here and I spoke to a very nasty individual who says her name is Yema. I literally had to ask 5 times for the name of the individual who left me a message. It was a most unpleasant experience which makes me feel like -I wouldn’t want to work with someone like this in something as personable as leasing an apartment. If you are not a customer service oriented person find something that fits. Quit creates bad memories & experiences for prospects.
EDIT: On the day to day life it was great living at Museum Tower, per my original review before. However, still, more than half a year after I had moved out, I have not received my deposit back nor have I received an itemized list of why they would be witholding damages. Since this is long after California's mandated 21 day deposit return law, I had my lawyer reach out through mail and email to both Museum Tower and their upper management and he did not receive a response either. Overall, Museum Tower is a great place to live on the day to day. It’s in one of the best, if not the best and most safe areas of DTLA, the rooms are great, the views are great and the amenities are great. However, dealing with management (unsure if it is the local leasing office or the company as a whole that’s to blame) is very painful and difficult and brings a 5 star building and daily living experience to 3 stars.
