Changing from 5 stars to 1. Previously had a great experience here a year ago. Tried to schedule an appointment with Josie on 4/21. No response, so I messaged again on 4/24. She asked me for information I had sent in the 4/21 text, and I responded with it again. She never responded. I picked out one of the stylists, Kimberly, and scheduled a morning appointment at 9:15 am. I arrived early but she was still not there, so I texted her at 9:20 asking if we were still on. A beautiful salon! Very nicely decorated and welcoming. Brittni is wonderful! She is great with children and helps them feel more comfortable. Does great giving kiddos their first haircut. Works well with anxious kiddos and those who may have sensory needs.
