Had asked only the tips be dyed but they dyed the whole thing. Cut off 2 years of hair. She had an uneven cut with one side down to her shoulders and she asked to keep it the same but just clean it up. They gave her a short bob haircut instead. She is near sighted, asked what she wanted and took off her glasses. Puts back on glasses and sees this. She isn't the type to complain. I, however, live with her...so thanks Heather for the shit job.
