On behalf of my wife, This has to be the most disappointing haircut she has ever received. Grace was a nice person, but her lack of care and attention to my wife's requests showed she just did her own thing. She brought in multiple pictures and it's not a complicated haircut to do. She cut my wifes bangs multiple time even after she told her she was trying to grow them out, sge continued to ask her not to cut them anymore and then continue to cut bulk out without even asking if she wanted to. Alice is the best! I have followed her from one shop to another and highly recommend her. She is down to earth and uses all organic/natural product, which is hard to find.
Katelyn is amazing! She is so knowledgeable and a truly talented hair artist! She is a go-to for everyone’s hair in the family!!
