These people have a very bad customer service. They have a huge flyer about a $20 haircut , so I send my son and when he ask about it, the lady (who doesn’t speak English) told him yes to sit and they end up charging him $41. When I went to confront her about it- she said “no student today!” - so why she didn’t tell that to my son! She kept the money to herself and didn’t even had the dignity to have the gesture of offering a discount to my son for the misunderstanding. Very bad haircut and very bad customer service!
Betty is a wonderful hair stylist. She’s kind, professional, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone in need of hair styling or blow out!
Betti is an exceptional hairstylist! Her blow dry is the best I have ever experienced worldwide! She is a very welcoming person with amazing hands for hair washes too! I would highly recommend Betti for the best blow dry!
