Please specify of hours more thoroughly. I drove 5 hours to get my tag and they closed early . No one could consider helping me. I stated I drove a long distance and they didn't care.

Office is randomly closed during posted open hours without explanation. Makes it hard to get a tag. If you call and ask if they are open, they'll be rude and act put out. It's just on you to keep taking time off work to keep going up there in hopes they will be open that day.
I called to ask some questions. And they seemed very put out for me asking. They were kinda rude to me. Last year was my first time with a tag so it's all new to me. Wish they would have been nicer to another person in their tribe who's trying to learn.
Today I went to the Jenks location to get a new car tag. Staff was super friendly and fast. I also went to the new location in Okmulgee last year. They too were also friendly and fast. Both times I made sure to bring the correct paperwork which made both experiences easy to get in and out in no time! I appreciate them and their help.
