I have a bulging disc in my lower back which "acts up" now and then. Byron of Muscle Mechanics has treated me and now I can walk upright again. If you have spine issues, you know recovery can be slow. But I immediately feel better and pain free after a treatment. Byron also gave me a home program of stretching which helps immensely. Byron is extremely knowledgeable and his positive attitude and passion for health are infectious. Everyone could benefit from treatment by Byron

I had a great experience during my first visit with Byron. At first I didn't really know if he was going to be able to help, but after our session, he was able to give me different stretching techniques to help my strained groin, tell me what more than likely caused the strain, and what changes to make to my form when working out to help me prevent future issues.
