Very good first experience with Dr. Brown and staff. I’ve had an extremely forgetful and off morning, and they all were very patient and kind to me. The front office especially!

Ive always loved it here, until I had an emergency, my MD was very rude? The ultrasound tec told her the urgency, but she took her time, laughing her way into the room 15 minutes later, when I expressed I was upset about that, she told me she was very busy,but we could here her chating it up wi th a nurse in the hall for while. and sent me somewhere else for there opinion without telling me what was going on, the tec apologized to me and explained what she could, but said a doctor would have to explain the rest and the place... read more
Only gave 2 stars because i found my ob to be competent and considerate..reception always seem to have an attitude when asked questions and one nurse that handles disability claims lacks mindfulness. The answer to my question was straight forward about faxing other facilities medical records to my employers ins provider yet her line of questioning left me feeling judged at an extremely sensitive time in my life asking why was i out of work so long(suffering from hyperemesis gravadarium couldnt keep food,pills and fluid down ... read more
