I recently had a pet scan at the MUSC main hospital and the experience was excellent from start to finish,had a little difficulty navigation threw the hospital. The radiology staff was incredibly professionally. The tech made sure I was comfortable during the 42 minute uptake period. I also appreciate how quickly the results were uploaded to my chart. Highly recommend MUSC for anyone needing imaging services.
90% of my doctors are employees & professors at the medical university. As this is a teaching hospital, all doctors are at the top of their game with all new treatments & procedures. I recommend every doctor at MUSC
Worst hospital I've ever been admitted to. Literally a nightmare. Privacy was invaded. There's no privacy actually. In the room there was just a commode in the corner. That was my bathroom. No screen, no door, no nothing, just a commode right there in the room. I swear I've never seen anything like that. It's medieval. Everybody just seemed okay with that And got indignant if I complained. A lot of condescending people there, too. Shut up and let them do what they have to do. That's their attitude. Horrible place!
They literally do not give a crap about you at this hospital. Go here to die. The nurses were laughing at the patients in pain.
