Overall horrible experience on antepartum and Nicu. The musc culture allows nurses to speak so condescendingly to patients or their family. The Nicu is the worst. Many great nurses there but many bad ones too. We’ve had nurses go against provider orders and do things they shouldn’t, nurses go behind my back and do things agreed upon not doing but they did it intentionally when gone from my baby briefly, they all do things different and inconsistently.
