Negative 5 stars. If you are putting in effort to admit you need help and go forth searching for that help then I suggest you run from this office.
Dr Joesph Redding is amazing and very supportive! My review isn’t about him but it’s about one of the ladies that’s a Dr there… I will warn you if you miss 3 appointments with her, you’re dropped from the program completely, but you still get to keep your therapist. So now I’m stuck having to find another Dr who will listen to me like she did and is willing to help me… if I hadn’t have lost the number for patient advocacy I’d be on the phone with them asap! If leaving a negative star was possible, I would. Where to begin...I needed a Therapist to talk too. ZERO therapists or counselors, no talk therapy in this facility whatsoever. I ended up being a listening ear for every single patient on my floor. PEOPLE NEED A LICENSED PSYCHOLOGIST TO TALK ABOUT THE REASONS THEY ARE THERE. PERIOD. I would recommend everyone to go just about anywhere else. The psychiatrist ( Dr. Lee ) I dealt with not only misdiagnosed me but actually told me after I told him that I couldn’t guarantee my safety due to suicidal ideation that “ there are no guarantees in life , I might get hit by lightening or something “! They refused to listen to the fact that I had tried the therapies/medications they were proposing multiple times. my psychiatrist left the practice and nobody told me including her. she’s in charge of my meds and I was left hanging. I honestly feel a little abandoned.
