Great Staff ! Dr. LUNSFORD is a true professional and compassionate man. I am always greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. Newly painted and very clean office and exam room. Parking is plentiful and the lot was just recently repaved. It is convenient to the northeast area
I LOVE DR. HENDERSON. HE IS THE BEST VERY CARING AND UNDERSTANDING PERSON, WHO CARES ABOUT HIS PATIENTS.
I had a wound treated by Dr. Lunsford and it was completely cured in two weeks. Dr. Lunsford is so compassionate, takes all the time I need to explain everything and answer all my questions. His nurse, Jessica A., is an angel, and also extremely competent and compassionate. I hope I never have another wound, but I will certainly see Dr Lunsford if I do.
The Wound Care clinic seemed to be run fairly well until a new company took over operation of the clinic from MUSC on July 1st, 2023. Ever since there's been a chronic/severe shortage of wound care nursing staff resulting in significant delays getting treated at each appointment. My other concern is that the wound care clinic has not submitted any claims to Medicare since mid-July! I only hope that Medicare accepts the claims when they finally do get submitted.
