I have participated in screening for over a year now to participate in research on stem cell shots for knee osteoarthritis, was told i'd be scheduled for an appointment, but some child called today and said I was disqualified because I occasionally use a walking stick when walking long distances. Many who hike do use walking sticks, and they don't have knee pain. I've told Trial Search not to contact me again. Operated on my wife and it was horrible for her. After the surgery his first words to me were this turned out to be much more than i anticipated and i didn't get all the cancer out and it was in 4 ribs not 2. I asked him why he didn't operate on her weeks earlier and i didn't get an answer from him. Cold man with no empathy or bedside manner.

I would complain about the patient care/customer service but there is none. My annual physical which was supposed to happen every april has now been pushed back to mid September, pending my finding a new provider at St. Roper.

This rating is for the poor communication with this practice. My 85 yo mother is a patient of Dr. Taylor's. This office has some of the worst communication I've ever experienced in healthcare. The healthcare portal AthenaNet either does not work or the office ignores it. It does not allow one to make appointments nor view when their next appointment is scheduled. I had to phone the office (which they did return) to find out when her next appt was scheduled and they gave me the wrong date. She consequently resorted to havi... read more
