Had scheduled an appointment 6 months before for annuals, got hit with a bill which was not conveyed about prior that they are out of network for me. Trying to get this sorted out since months now and unable to reach the 'office manager' even after multiple calls and messages and in person visit!! Please avoid this location at all costs, not recommended!!
went in for cold intolerance. left with a disturbing view of how beurocratic cold and invasively inoperable the MUSC health care system is. 0/0 would not recommend to enemies even.
Takes 3 months or more to be seen.Then they complain that you haven't been there if you need a med refill. Wow a 2025 operation! Amazing!
First time patient, and walking it not only was I not greeted, but the front desk women, Walztonia I believe her name, was extremely unpolite and unfriendly. Not a smile, let alone a hello, how can I help you? I’ve been to many health facilities, and this one is by far the least friendly and professional. Not very happy here. Reached out recently asking if, since they couldn’t get me in until 6 months out, we could grab some labs in the meantime since I’ve been feeling awful, fatigued, bruising easily, etc. They won’t do anything until they have you in that door and then they’ll schedule you for labs. SO I went to a natural doc and they did my labs- Huge vitamin D deficiency. Treating now and feel SO much better. Any time I’ve reached out to try to be proactive here, I get shot down.
