They use to be good but now I can't get in touch with anyone to get my prescription refill or a prior authorization. Cant even schedule an appointment smh.
I agree with all the comments! I have been calling for weeks and NO ONE EVER calls me back. I too, had to drive there to try and get my sons diabetic prescriptions filled and they STILL never called it in. That is a life or death prescription for a diabetic!! I am looking for a new doctor as well. Absolutely ridiculous!
Every since my old doctor retired no one has NEVER I MEAN NEVER RETURN MY CALLS... THE NEW PEOPLE IN THEIR IS NOT DOING THEIR JOBS AT ALL 👎🏽😠my daughter had to find me another primary doctor and they are the best And the receptions answers the phone
