They never call you back - messages in MyChart and calls to the facility are not returned. Dr told me to let him know if not improved in one week and had action plan but no response after 3 days trying.
100% of every single time I have EVER been to this location that I have had to speak to MUSC's physician liaison multiple times and also the billing department. The issues at this location stem from the practice manager. I have tried to be in touch with them but they do not answer anyone back, nor provide enough information back to the physician liaison, according to them. Dr. Mason Deinema is my primary care physician, and he’s truly the best! He’s attentive, caring, and has amazing bedside manner. He knows his patients so well and is just genuinely incredible at what he does. Anyone seeing Dr. Deinema is in good hands!
