July 11, 2018 I have had office visits and an endoscopy procedure with him. Dr. Moss Mann lives up to his reputation. He is a first rate doctor and a very kind person.
Came in with acute bronchitis and wheezing on a Sunday at 11:30 am. Filled out minimal form and waited 7 minutes and was called back for weight, height, blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature. That having been collected, I was taken to the exam room. One of the best Drs.that I have ever been in contact with.Dr.Mann is very professional and he hears what you has to say about your stomach problems.
Dr Sandy Cooper came in briefly and asked a few questions. He left the nurse came in and gave me two shots. An hour later another nurse came in with two prescriptions and discharge papers. No questions as to "did the shots help"? The answer would be NO! In route to Florence ER where I can seek true medical attention. Epic Failure DR Sandy Cooper. Worse ever!
At my first visit I made Andrew Fields aware of my numerous medical problems, he agreed to be my PCP anyway. As time went on he showed less interest in my complaints and made me feel like I was a burden to him, I even had to ask him to run routine blood tests. Without physical exams, blood work, or tests I was given prescriptions to ease symptoms. For example: I complained of ongoing (at least 6yrs) back pain, he gave me pain patches and sent me on my way. Daughter had an appointment @ 11:50. Arrive at 11:50. Was told my appointment was at 11:40 and she could not be seen because we were late. The policy I signed when she first started going here stated that if you were over 10 minutes late you may have to be rescheduled. Even if you go by there policy we were within the time limit. Not to mention the fact that my daughter has been ill for 2 weeks this was a follow up to see if she is improving. No better. Have been sick for a while and been seeing Dr Millus, and now I need a new primary care physician, cause I went to another doctor due to him being booked up, so Dr Millus had his nurse call me to let me know i cannot be seen by him anymore for seeing another doctor ....jerk..
I love this medical practice. They absolutely care for their patients and maintain such professionalism.
One of the worst doctors I have been to, blamed me for getting hurt at work. "Any 62 year old woman should be able to lift a gas range by herself". Really!
