Short wait time. All staff was Professional, kind and highly knowledgeable.
Unfortunately, the front desk staff in the main lobby were not friendly or attentive. I felt dismissed when asking questions, and the overall atmosphere was unwelcoming. Customer service in a medical setting is very important, and this visit did not meet expectations.
Amazing health care professionals here at all levels. Generally friendly and caring staff. Streamlined check-in process that ensures small wait times with an easy to use yardlines floor marking system to guide you to the correct location. Plenty of handicap parking available with generous accessibility to and from appointments.
Dr Demos did two hip replacements for me. Excellent work and he has a great P.A.named Emma who is also great!
