Horrible !!!!! Their customer service is horrible. They never get back to you! The send you for test and never call you back about them!!!!
I saw Dr. Lawrence today and his assistant. The entire team was professional beyond my expectations. Radiology was fantastic, too. So happy to have a top rate orthopedic clinic here in Nexton!
New patient for a very nervous 7 year old was made for 1:25pm with Dr. Dow. - confirmed via text at 125 -- arrived on time and was told it was actually at 1:40. Okay, that's fine. Sat in the waiting room with all 3 of children for AN HOUR. Watched patient after patient come in, get seen, and leave. Maybe by a different provider. Don't know. But try explaining that to a child who just wants to know if she needs surgery. Not once did anyone let us know they were running behind, come out and apologize ect. This is an excellent medical care establishment! I broke my ankle and the entire MUSC team has been friendly, professional, and helpful. The Check-in staff are great, X-ray Techs are great, the Casting technician is very professional and a great guy, and Dr. Scott is the best. I highly recommend getting Orhopedic care here!
