I sat there for an hour to get registered then 30 minutes before they came to take me to get the EKG. Then waited 45 minutes before I went looking for someone to find out what was going on - it was dark and many cubicles empty. They didn’t even know I was there - now several people walked passed the waiting room and no body asked if I was being helped. Then they lost the order. Everyone there is so nice. I did not have to wait long at all. Dr.Dan (Bouknight)has been my cardiologist for many years, long before he came to Providrnce Heart. He has been, (and continues to be), one of the best doctors I've ever had. He listens to what you have to say, and he doesn't 'rush' you. He is very helpful and compassionate. i am so grateful that I found him when we moved to Columbia many years ago.
