Rude and nasty attitudes from scheduling and operators. They have no sense of customer service. They cut you off abruptly when you call and are trying to politely reschedule or express your needs
Negative 5 stars. If you are putting in effort to admit you need help and go forth searching for that help then I suggest you run from this office.
Dr Joesph Redding is amazing and very supportive! My review isn’t about him but it’s about one of the ladies that’s a Dr there… I will warn you if you miss 3 appointments with her, you’re dropped from the program completely, but you still get to keep your therapist. So now I’m stuck having to find another Dr who will listen to me like she did and is willing to help me… if I hadn’t have lost the number for patient advocacy I’d be on the phone with them asap! If leaving a negative star was possible, I would. Where to begin...I needed a Therapist to talk too. ZERO therapists or counselors, no talk therapy in this facility whatsoever. I ended up being a listening ear for every single patient on my floor. PEOPLE NEED A LICENSED PSYCHOLOGIST TO TALK ABOUT THE REASONS THEY ARE THERE. PERIOD.
