I was to receive weekly accountability emails. I have received 1. I have followed their plan for 2 weeks, Monday will begin 3rd week. For the money, I could have done something else. Even purchased the scale they requested. Not worth the money for 12 weeks.
RecommendedI've been participating in the program since November 2018 and have lost over 80lbs by simply following the program. EVERYONE there has been supportive, helpful and caring. I strongly recommend the program.
Not personalized. Very inflexible. Some staff rude and not understanding - unfortunately that includes one of the main staff members... Very negative.
Not personalized as advertised, some of the staff is rude and others kept messing up appointment times, and one even lied.
This is the greatest program it literally saved my life. The people here are professional, caring, and have become family to me
