100% of every single time I have EVER been to this location that I have had to speak to MUSC's physician liaison multiple times and also the billing department. The issues at this location stem from the practice manager. I have tried to be in touch with them but they do not answer anyone back, nor provide enough information back to the physician liaison, according to them. Dr. Mason Deinema is my primary care physician, and he’s truly the best! He’s attentive, caring, and has amazing bedside manner. He knows his patients so well and is just genuinely incredible at what he does. Anyone seeing Dr. Deinema is in good hands!
My appointment was with Dr. Mason Deinema. He was very attentive, with impeccable bedside manner. He paid attention to my concerns, and targeted each concern with patience and professionalism. I was super impressed and am excited to make him my Primary Care Physician. Kudos to Dr. Deinema!
I was told the visit would be $80 and I specified what my needs were, and then they charged me $68 on top of that. I called to speak with billing and they were rude af and talked over me. They told me that was just an estimate. I didn’t ask for an estimate to begin with I asked for total price. Jaquetta then hung up on me . Horrible and unethical customer service!!!
Both of my kids had the same doctor for well child check. The MUSC Rep Heather Who I spoke with last week before scheduling an appointment stating that the traffic from North Charleston to downtown is hectic she scheduled my daughter at 10 which was fine, after explaining the situation and then turn around and schedule my son at 9 with the same doctor. I was a minute late due to traffic while leaving an hour early and his appointment got canceled.
