I was charged $262.00 more than they quoted me and more than the receipt I walked out of the office with. The bill for the extra $262.00 was sent in the mail and I received it maybe a week after. I tried to talk with them, but ended up just having to pay it even though my receipt from the office visit said "no outstanding charges". So, if you go here BE CAREFUL. Ask them what hidden FEES they have, and good luck. I won't be going here again.
I haven’t had my first appointment yet, but I called to schedule and the receptionist, Dorthy, was extremely helpful and nice to talk to. I felt compelled to leave a review before having an appointment because, too many times, I call doctor offices or hospitals and the receptionists are rude, impatient, smart a$$es. So, thank you Dorthy for doing your job and being pleasant!
