The parking garage was full and i had to walk 25 minutes in the rain. Then waited over an hour to be seen. If expect your patients to be on time, you need to have adequate parking for them…

It feels as if MUSC takes hold of you and don't let you go. They medicate you on all these drugs that just don't work. I will always remember, they looked me dead in the eyes and and "You will never get better. This is your way of life for now on." This was told me me when I suggested maybe it was my gut that was causing the issues. They blantly laughed in my face as if I had no clue. My doctor was great, but MUSC overcharged me and is now refusing to work with me on the bill. My visit should have been $25 (my copay amount) but they put in two different claims for one appointment so my total instead came to almost $100. This specific location apparently sometimes charges you a mysterious fee that the billing department will promptly refuse to explain while telling you that it is indeed a valid charge, and of course your health insurance won’t cover it.
