My wife was there 5 nights. The room was old and very small, stained sheets, tv didn't work. First 24 hours in the emergency room because they didn't have rooms available. Beds were terrible and were on the frame backwards so the mattress constantly slid down. Just bad overall. High crime area. Lots of police in hospital with criminals. Don't go there. Lexington or prisma is much better.

I was here for my lab work. I come every 2 weeks. I was here for 90 minutes. The outpatient lab was closed and the main lab was packed. There was only one lab station and only one person taking labs. I would normally not complain, but my labs are based on when I took my medication on yesterday. I have never waited this long. Things usually go quickly. I know there are days that are hectic, I just wanted to make you aware.

My husband was taken to MUSC hospital after visiting the MUSC Urgent care on June 27th.. He stayed 5 days on the 5th floor. We had excellent care from everyone. I stayed with him every night and the staff helped make me comfortable with pillows and blankets. My husband was very sick, they monitored him every 2 hrs the first 2 days, then every 4 hrs for the 3rd day, as he began to improve. He had 2 procedures while there.
