The schedulers need to be reassigned to some other task and you need a new team for this. Sick of it. Multiple failures to correctly schedule appointments over the course of a *Year*, know people repeatedly told they were scheduled / on the schedule, then actually aren't when showing up for an appt or get abruptly rug pulled, and rescheduled weeks out. My son has been a patient for two years and it has been the most challenging doctor experience I've ever had. My son has high-functioning autism and needs daily medication. There have been several times when we've had a scheduled in-person appointment where I've had to take my son out of school only to arrive at the office and the doctor is not there. This clinic has saved my life. Yes, I found spravato to be an effective treatment but it’s also the doctors and staff there and all the other resources they provide. I will miss them when I no longer need to come in.

My experience at Centerspace was incredibly positive. After attempting to work through my trauma through multiple forms of "traditional" therapy without success, I went looking for alternative treatments. After just four treatments with Centerspace, the relief I experienced was exponentially greater than any previous treatments.
