I started the CDAP outpatient program after a 7 day stay in the hospital. #1, the financial counselor Denise never checked my insurance benefits and rudely demanded $350 per session, when I showed her that my calendar year with my policy was 11/1/25 - 10/31/26 and that my deductible and out of pocket had been met. She was incredibly rude and I left in tears because I was fragile at the time. After receiving an invite from a google family account member (spouse) to join a meeting for follow up with Dante Ursini I couldn't figure out how to join so I called and the man just hung up on me and never returned my call to assist or inform me why. Bad communication, very unprofessional I'd suggest a more helpful staff for situation if you have family dealing with addiction!
