Hoping the appointment goes better than the phone call! I’m 18 and I called because I have a few diseases and my immunologist sent me this way. A woman named Susie answered and acted as if helping me was such a struggle. Her tone was very hostile and sounded annoyed. Making smart remarks as well. I felt uncomfortable and was wondering what I could have possibly done to be such a burden. Looking forward to the real doctor!! I’m sure the real staff is amazing! Just watch out for receptionists.
This was our first visit today with Dr. Graham Smith. The staff (Front desk, nursing, aids, translating service) was extremely wonderful and accommodating although lots of questions were redundant because i already filled out the questionnaires and medication names online (all up to date) but was still asked to re-fill out paperwork again with these information.
