If there was an option for 0 stars that’s what it would be! I am extremely disappointed with my experience trying to receive care through MUSC. On July 28, I was seen at Charleston GI after swallowing a crab shell. After an evaluation, including an endoscopy through my nose and X-rays, they determined I needed to be seen urgently by a MUSC surgeon because of my insurance. Well the nurse staff was okay at first but now when a patient ask for medicine it took nearly 5 to 6 hours. In my heart i believe they are trying to kill some patients and I really not feeling like I should be treated poorly. Please educate your nurse that they got a job to do and they need more training in hospitality.
