I feel like as a patient I was disrespected because my appointment was at 11:20 and I have not been seen yet. I will still there until until 12 o’clock and I was told that they were backed up so I canceled my appointment and I will not be returning as a patient

Needed to make an appointment for my son’s eczema as it has gotten worse and there was a 6 month wait despite the fact that it was an emergency and no one offered to add him to a waiting listing AT MINIMUM in case something opened up. After I expressed my concerns of having to wait so long I was just told “ok have a nice day” they literally don’t care about the patients.
