Unprofessional doctors, no manners and utterly rude.
I called to make an appointment & the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude and unaccommodating to me. Her name was Tenaya. She wouldn't help me because I could not remember something. Even though she could have. Although I told her I could have confirmed who I am with other info. She would not let me and rushed me off the phone & did not help me change my appointment date. I feel like as a patient I was disrespected because my appointment was at 11:20 and I have not been seen yet. I will still there until until 12 o’clock and I was told that they were backed up so I canceled my appointment and I will not be returning as a patient
