Ever since MUSC took over this practice everything has gone down hill. Forget if your kid is sick and you need appointment that day. Then they have a new patient portal that they didn’t bother to tell anyone about via email, if you go into the office you can see they changed. The new patient portal I don’t think any one even checks because I’ve messaged numerous times different things and nobody has responded at all.
