Every time you call to make an appointment, if your child is ACTUALLY sick, they will not see your child in the office, you have to go to after hours care or emergency room which defeats the whole purpose of having a primary care for your sick child. They will not see them.
The service is very poor. My son had an appoinment at 330, we checked in at 3:15 and still haven't gotten seen yet
Our son was referred to a neurologist and geneticist at MUSC for a potentially serious diagnosis. We had a teleDoc appt, and they were supposed to send what we needed for genetic testing. They said it should arrive in 10 days. 4 months later we have not received anything. We have called MUSC pediatric department over and over and over, being told each time, our sons doctor would call us in 24 hours. Nothing. Ever.
