Dr Cruz didn't listen to any concerns I had for my son, after stating we've tried multiple medications, stricter bedtime routine etc. told me all we need to do is give him a low dose of a medication we've already tried and didn't work and add bedtime stories at night and it should help him sleep better. Wouldn't do another appointment for 2 months all while my 1 year old is barely sleep. Wouldn't recommend.
Dr Cruz was unapologetically 20 mins late to the video appt which was a first appt of the day. The appt itself was a waste of time. “Oh I see a sleep study has been recommended by 2 different providers ok I’ll order that.” That process could have been a my chart message. 8 weeks later- still no result and it’s nearly impossible to get someone on the phone- no one responds to email.
