Really the most incompetent woman came out to let me know with a phone number ber that she was sorry that they were going to be unable to do my son's MRI, she doesn't know how to resolve the situation, gave me a phone number and told me she didn't know what I should do but to have a great day. This is just one of many negative experiences I've had with the offices inside of this building and their inability to do their jobs. They truly and honestly do not care about the patients and children that come into this facility.
