Horrible experience, appointment canceled without me knowing, rude front desk staff, they measured my baby’s head wrong during his first visit and seemed completely clueless. Big yikes!
If I could give this place zero stars I would. I bought my three children to this doctors office thinking that it would be a better experience than what they had . I ask for my sons physical form to be completed almost 2 weeks ago, only to get the runaround about it being faxed to the school When I told them I would come and pick it up. I decided to come to the office to pick up the form, but instead, I had to wait 2 1/2 hours to be told that they could not complete it because the doctor that was in the office Did not see hi... read more
Dr. Nordby and Anna Grace are the best in the business. They are wonderful assets to the community and we are so happy to have both of our boys under their expert care. The office is easily accessible and never overcrowded. Thank you for operating with such compassion and excellence in such an amazing location.
Front desk associate Allyson Smith was extremely judgmental, disrespectful, and downright racist towards me and my family and this experience hurt us tremendously. This experience made us feel horrible from the moment we walked in to this office. I love Charleston and it was sad to experience what many others have firsthand in our own backyard.
