They wouldn't come Friday to install a part for my A/C they had ordered Tuesday. 4pm would put them in overtime. I offered to pay an extra $100. When I called back Kathy 🚫 ignored my call basically Blocked my call. I've been without AC in 80° weather for 6 days. Don't call them for emergency or after 4 pm.
