I need to write this review in hopes that the guys that collect my trash realize how much I appreciate the way they have gone out of their way to make it easier for me to get my cans out there for collection. They have to get out of the truck and drag my cans to the appropriate place to go into the truck. I'm a senior with disabilities and it was so hard for me to get my cans where the usual pick up spot. They need to know how much it means to me and that I appreciate them so much. They even put my cans back where I store th... read more
Just moved and been in our home for just a few months. I have had to call a few times to the office, every time I've called, the ladies on the other end are always so nice, very willing to help in all ways. It's a great feeling knowing if I have to call again, I will get great customer service. On another note, we've had to have the trash truck come back out a few times as well with no issues. Thank you Murrays for going above and beyond. I appreciate you all.
I recently sold my house and had to discontinue service at one address and set up at my new address. Both Avonlea and another gentlemen helped with the process and everything turned out great. Well above average service during the current environment. Shirley Baenen
