me and my wife cant thank the doctor chip and the staff that took care of our bloodhound, scarlett , she has cushing , and dr. chip changed her meds and after not eating for four day , shes back to her self , she has so much energy , thank you all. bill. amanda

My dog and my neighbors dog got sick, 3 weeks later my neighbors dog was doing fantastic and my best friend was being put down. He went to ONPOINT and I made the huge mistake of going to Murrells Inlet Vet. My dog was misdiagnosed, given the wrong medical regimen and they caused his life to end. I paid $350.00 for them to save my best friend and then they wanted $130.00 more to put my best friend down. I've been a customer of this practice since they first opened. Generally speaking, I've been satisfied with their service. However, on my last APPOINTMENT the front desk left me sitting for over an hour with no explanation for the wait. A 9:40 appointment should not take an hour of waiting and this is not the first time this has happened. The front end needs work on their people skills.

I have been going to MIVH since 2011 and have been very happy with their treatment of my pets. The doctors and staff are always welcoming and courteous. MIVH is very clean and appointment wait times are good. I would highly recommend MIVH for your pet's healthcare.

Edit: It's been over a week, and no response. This seals the deal for me and goes to show how very little they care about their customers, and reading other reviews also validates that. Just had an unpleasant experience. This Vet has always been on the high side on pricing. I've accepted that as they are normally nice people. However, today they tried to pull an age-old trick on us. We had made arrangements to have our dog's teeth cleaned and they had told my wife that it was going to be just over $200.
