Dr kevin smith put my friends dog on the line, we could all see how bad her dog was doing before she even went to your vet and her wound was clearly infected, the fact we could all see that but not the Doctor is quite alarming, will be letting everyone know to avoid this place. It seemed to be clear malpractice that almost cost a sweet dogs life.
I am beyond disappointed and disgusted by this hospital, Dr. Smith specifically. He misdiagnosed my dog, gave her the wrong treatment and medication and put my dogs life on the line. Made a diagnosis on my dog without doing a single test or getting a sample of her wound, just took a quick look at it with his eyes only and then sent her on her way. She ended up almost dying because of his incompetence and now her healing process is delayed a lot and they wont even give me a refund. I will make sure everyone in this town knows... read more
They threw my little boy's ashes in a mass cremation. I'm upset and broken-hearted all over again. Someone needs to be fired over this incompetence.
