I have brought my cats to MIVH for many years. The whole staff has been caring and very professional. August 2021, I had to say goodbye to my 8 year old cat and Janurary, 2026, I had to make the decision as to putting my 4 year old cat down. The Technician always explained everything to me and when the Dr came to speak with me, she was very caring and answered all my questions. Very pleased with the visit. My dog had an eye issue which according to Google needed immediate attention. When my vet office of twelve yrs, could not get him in I called On Point, he was seen, had multiple eye test done and Dr. Andrew's explained in detail what treatment was needed. My pets will now have a new veterinary office to go to! So pleased with this office.
I had my first visit there and they were so nice and very understanding since i have a dog that sometimes gets reactive if another dog barks at him.
My sweet boy Jasper had been a patient here for many years and always loved the service and care we received from the staff. Jasper had taken ill a few weeks ago and we unexpectedly had to help him over the Rainbow Bridge. The staff was amazing the entire time. They were kind, compassionate, gentle, and nurturing to my sweet boy and us as a family. After his walk over the bridge they made us a paw print cast, paw prints and nose prints. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Buddy went in for a nip and tuck today. He is still loving this place!!
