You can’t say it’s a 24hr service when it’s 8pm and you can provide service. Some lazy as man answered my call saying he could be here in 2 hours, showing no interest in helping me solve my problem. After 2 hours, nothing. I call back and he simply said he can’t make. LAZY!
My son had car accident and Murray's took care of the tow. I dealt with Katie who was extremely professional and was a huge help in making it easy to move his car to our body shop which was an hr away
Twice my junk cars have been towed (2024 & 2026) by Murray’s towing and both times Fran, who I believe is the owner, has worked with me to come to a reasonable arrangement (btw both times I reached out 2-3 months after the tow date). Even though he didn’t have to, and could have profited greatly off of my illegal parking, he waived all the fees the first time, and the majority the second time, as well as cancelling the court process for vehicle abandonment in the same hour that I had reached out.
